What are the documents required for a Valuation to be done?

Photocopies of :

  • Deed/ Certificate of Title/ Sale Agreement/ Lease
  • Survey Plan/ Cadastral Sheet
  • Two (2) forms of valid photo identification
  • Utility Bill (WASA, T&TEC, telephone landline) or bank statement for proof of your mailing address. This must be less than 3 months old.
What is the cost for a Valuation?

Fees are calculated at a rate of 1/3 of 1% of the first million of market value and thereafter at a rate of 1/4 of 1% plus VAT. For example, the cost of valuations with market values of TT$1M and TT$1.5 would cost TT$3,333.33 and TT$4,583.33 plus VAT

What is the time frame to get a Valuation done?

Once all documents, requirements and access are provided delivery would be within 10 working days. However, for rural and commercial valuations, this would be 15 working days.

Do you have to make an appointment?

No. Request can be done online or at office.

What are your forms of payment?

Cash, Debit or Credit Cards, Certified Cheque

What are your working hours?

8:15am to 4:15pm

Do you accept direct deposit?

Yes

Can someone act on behalf of the client?

Yes, they need to have written authorisation

Can I do cash transaction on the date of inspection?

No

Do you work on weekends or after working hours?

No

Are values disclosed once report is completed?

Values are only disclosed if our fees are paid in full.

How long is a valuation report valid for?

Most financial and State institutions do not accept valuation reports more than 6 months old

Do you work in Tobago?

Yes, we provide all our services in Tobago but with an extended time-frame.
