Mr. Singh joined the firm in August, 2000 and was subsequently appointed to the position of Valuer 1 with effect from 2nd January, 2002. Brian has since gained considerable experience in the field of property valuations and has been promoted to Valuer 2 with effect from 1st January 2020.

Ms Kerrie Ann Holder- Valuer 1

Ms. Holder joined the firm in April, 2018 in the position of Valuer 1. Prior to joining Raymond & Pierre Ltd, Kerrie worked at the Land Settlement Agency as a Social Surveyor and at the University of the West Indies as a Project Assistant.
